Been out lately. I'm back and here is a oc super villainous. This time rather than a villain for Shockwave this is the arch enemy to my oc super heroine Valiant.

Short Bio: Lucielia Sycamore lives a prideful life as a theorist and physicist, looking to prove everything through facts and details, she believes everything can be explained. Taking pride in her knowledge she labels anyone else not as knowledgeable and any for of open mind beneath her. She is sought out by many scientist and theorist in help with proving what is nearly impossible. Unfortunatly her downfall came when the Radiant Effect to place across the country and she could not figure out the origin and was made a laughing stock that "Lucielia Sycamore could not figure out the imposible." For the years to pass Sycamore tries to solve the Radiant Effect, driving her to the point of frustration that now she basically antagonizes anyone who doesn't know a thing. She is labeled a psycho for her over obsessive nature. Things turn again when a meteor storm struck the city, encountering one of these meteors released another new form of radiation she has no knowledge about, granting her psychokinetic powers. After witnessing the heroic nature of the new local hero Valiant, Sycamore grew bitter and hatred towards the hero. Newly naming herself Madame Psycho, Sycamore looks to use her knowledge and knew found powers to fight off Valiant and make every person treat her with better respect as well as prove new theories on the changes in the world.
