This is really amazing! I have just started with photo-manipulations and stuff, but not on photoshop.
I just assumed the white whisps coming from her back are wings. I like the model itself.
But i guess you messed up a bit on the eyes. her neck looks a bit grainy and the colour of her neck doesnt match the rest of her body.
the scale textures are cool, but they suddenly merge with the skin. I would prefer if they gradually merege as if the scales continue as a part of her skin.
The background is average. you could have made a slight outline of her body with an airbrush or burn tool or something. i dont use photoshop so i dont know what tools are available. so yeah.
