wow, that shot is amazing... how did you do that? seems like very near to the water surface and really close to that animal... but I guess you zoomed it near

Thats an interesting shot indeed. Just having the black background is different. not sure if i prefer it or not. detaches the animal from the danger factor and the reality in a way. not thats a bad thing necessarily of course.

Yup this is indeed one of our finest, most fierce, most dangerous animals you will come across....
I tell ya what; my heart was racing as I was sitting in the reeds opposite this amazing beast....Whilst he was watching me so intensely... I was quickly snapping away, camera shaking in hand⦠After I was done I bloody ran for my dear life!!!
