This has to be one of my favorite eye-pieces. I absolutely love the pose, and how it's so incredibly dark. But those colors you have chosen to use simply compliment it. The iris is such a friendly color, usually, and now made into such a dangerous gaze. I find this piece to be absolutely breath-taking and beautiful, in an eerie sort of way. XD
