Here's the first draft of the colored pencil pic. It ain't got no shadow, but it will. I'm putting this up a) for progress' sake, and (more importantly) b) so this exists somewhere if I screw it up terribly.

Done in ink, and colored pencil, more photoshop than normal to get rid of the otherwise harmless spots that were around his legs. I seriously fucking hate doing stuff like that, but they got really pronounced in this scan. I'm noticing that the darks just get darker as I make more copies to work on...I'll have to figure something out.
