This is li'l Elodie right here. My little sis made this character not too long ago C: It's her new fursona and Ireally wantesd to draw it~.It's a bit unusual for me because my sister has some sort of unique style. It approaches Disney alot more than mine does and she gives all her characters some sort of EXTREMELY cute stuffed animal look X3.
I helped my little sister name her
and she created her! she loved watching me draw her ^^I gave it a winter theme because it's that time of year folks
The snow took alot f time and this was one of the most tedious drawings I've ever done! it took me like 5 hours (not including the breaks I did when I got up to stretch)
NEVER before has my arm ached after a drawing .-. I think My arm is dead, I can barely move it.

All right.
I suppose we'll start with the good aspects. The shading and background are both lovely. You really have a thing for colors, don't you? c:
However, you might have to work on anatomy -- especially snouts. To be honest, I can't tell if Elodie is a canine or a cat. If she is a wolf, her snout should be longer, right? It looks very short. Now, I understand it's hard to show a long snout from different perspectives (believe me, I'm still focusing on that with my art), but you might want to look into finding a tutorial or something. Schnozzes are hard.
I'm really not sure what else to say, because this looks great, apart from the facial anatomy. Nice work!

A feline? I was almost certain she was a wolf, actually...
Probably because of the anatomy overall. It's very dog-like. Cats have a far more different type of anatomy -- especially in their shoulders and back thighs.

YEah I know. I find cat anatomy (Feline in general) very difficult from canine anatomy.

I have a cat XD But I haven't studied him as long as I studied my dog and I've been recently practicing felines

The background to this beautiful picture is so soft and refined! Really makes you feel that winter comfortness (is that even a word? lol) like when the snow finally sticks to the ground and its this fluffy sheet that makes you want to just lay there or run outside and prance around for the heck of it with no jacket on and then go in the house for some warm hot chocolate . Nicely done!
Ah makes me wish it would snow...I miss seeing it

They really are <3 I should post some pics of them some time since she doesn't have a DA 
And lol. I bet youwould if it meant your life XD, But actually. A background like this was very simple. There wasn't much to add except for the stroke for stroke grassy bushes and the tree's style. (I'm not very good at trees).
I also look at alot of pic refs. And one of the biggest ones was a ref to the scene in "Something There" in Beauty and the Beast. It really helped.

No, I just haven't been drawing at all a lot, mainly because my computer has been REALLY crappy lately, plus I just haven't have a lot of inspiration or urg for drawing, but I do draw backgrounds when I can c:

With alot of practice,determination,and heart. You will be sure to improve 
And I have another thing to say. Don't put yourself down all the time. If you continue to have a negative mood towards your art and you're not feeling very proud of them, then you are less likely to proceed in getting better. and I have noticed since I change my mood all the time. I'm not like (IT SUCKS BAAW) all the time. I'm just like "I could've done better and fixed dem paws, but I have to admit I did well on the coloring" things like that will raise up confidence ^^ It doesn't matter what others think. Just focus on what yo uput on the blank canvas
