Looks fantabuloso :3 Loves it, as I interpret:: While she was already browsing around, Star Shatter got lost in his scatter brained thoughts debating on what to look at first, and bumped into her startling her causing her to bump into the book shelf. The books flying off, and about to hit her, Star Shatter uses a simple levitation spell to catch them put them back.
I see it as being his fault since he has a rather... sad expression. Meaning that it was more than likely his fault :3 I may have to do a small strip based on this one.

Two things I need to know first, general personality and how she broke her horn :3

Her general personality.
She's rather quiet and tends to be by herself, but she does enjoy the company of others. She finds it a little difficult to interact with other ponies because she never knows how to introduce herself or what to say.
How she broke her horn.
It was broken in an accident as a child. It's never fully revealed how.

Coloration and lighting in the room.. is amazing! I interpret it as somepony asking for help and nearly causing a lil spill, but the Unicorn is gracious to stop the books from falling over.
May not be correct, or maybe it is, but it is a very nice art piece!
