Why do I always fail so epicly when I try to draw Hino?! D<

This is the first picture I've posted of my OC Hino, she doesn't have a last name.

Her name is supposed to mean 'Of Fire' because of her red/orange eyes that looks like they're blazing.

She was originally a Naruto OC but ended up becoming a non-fandom OC. BTW That is NOT a sharingan. She is a seer and her eye color marks her as such.

anyways.. info aside, I'm not sure how much I like this picture. Poor Hino never comes out right.. her outfit and clothes are supposed to be Chinese styled but her clothes came out too Japanese..

I tried using some textures for the fabric, I'm not sure how much I like how it worked out Dx

Well, here's my little black haired red eyed girl.

Her personality is very shy and timid, she is scared of new people and she tends to avoid people. She's often teased and looked down upon because of her eye color.
