Description
First of the two commission pieces for Bsalg93 and it's none other than the devious Dr. Neo Cortex, Crash's arch-nemesis. I went in with the Twinsanity look and worked on the character. He's so evil, he could scare a mouse away.Now I want to play more Crash Bandicoot.
