had a busy weekend finally got to color this!i have always loved all thoes future and alternate future x-men running around the x-men universe, and god knows the x-men have alot of different futures, so theirs alot of these characters floating around. i decided to make a series of drawings on my favs from the lot..

this is becka munroe storms daughter, father is unown. she is from the not so far x-men future that takes place 10yrs after x-men the end. becka has her mothers powers, the control over the weather, but somtimes when she manifests her powers she shows a savage side ware she has tribals, fangs and claws, thats why smart money's on black panther being her father, but thats pretty obvious so there would be no point in keeping that a secret from the reader, so i think she might not even be storms daughter, but some type of clone. but thats just me....
(edit-recolored her face and redrew her lips because she looked like she had a bad taste in her mouth)

Becka Munroe's father is Wolverine, she has his animal senses, sorta like sabertooth without the psychopathic traits caused by war after war.

Yo I like your style B pretty dope...Admittedly I'm a little confused about the pose...I mean its wicked, somehow...but at the same time I'm like what exactly is she doing?
You do the colors too? Style is sick, with the black out shading and glowing highlights. Any tips for someone interested in learning a similar style?
Sidenote: I find it pretty fucked up that the first ever black female on Xmen (or in Marvel at all?) has a future kid but no one knows who the daddy is. And the suspected babydaddy? One of the first black male marvel heroes. Bastards.

in this pose i was trying to show her animal side. so i put her like an a pounce position(like a cat) ware u can see that shes losing a lil control but she almost likes it. at the same time i put her at an agle that the viewer can almost see that she is at the eye of the storm that she is creating....atleast thats what i was trying lol
yea i did the colors. as far as the black out shading thats just cus i inked it wich i dispize doing but i get tired of waiting for others to volunteer to ink for me so i got to do it. hi lights r always fun but u got to b carefull with them cus there so fun that we ten to overdo them. if theres anything specific that u need help with just drop me a note or leave me a message on my pg. dont worry im not one of thoes colorist that want to take all there secrets with them to there grave.(prolly cus im not a colorist lol)

thanx..black panther is the easy answer as to who her pops is, but y hide that from the reader? its not like thats gonna suprise anyone, feel me. but than again there doing the same thing with rico and its pretty obvious hes the grandson of reed richards, son to franklin richards..

no doubt... hope they can make this work but i dont see that it could last though. Future books have been tried before and didnt do well. 2099 failed. M2 series all failed except Spidergirl (which is doing juz ok).
I think they have to do something edgy and surprise the readers.

it was still the top sold comic by far on every release. ultimates 3 wasnt cancelled it was sopose to b only five issues, so art did save it cus god knows loeb is the worse writter in marvel right now. he singel handedly destroyed the ultimate universe, and have u read hulk lately.....MY GOD ITS ATROCIOUS!and i still read it every month for the art, and im not the only one.

I dont think they wouldve cancelled it as it was juz 5 issues. Ongoings get cancelled but limited series rarely do.
But i love the art in Ultimates 3 though. I look at it as an art gallery and not a story driven book.
As for HULK, atrocious is an understatement. Its total garbage. McGuiness is a good artist but he's no JoeMAd and the colors are simple and the plot? man... pure SHIT! Loeb should write only in Marvel Adventures and other kiddie books.
