I spent my vacation in Paraty, RJ and fell in love with this incredible city. I decided to pay homage to my favorite street in the world: Rua do Fogo.
There are several legends about it, and no one knows for sure why it's called Rua do Fogo.

But you can decide: Is the street named after the many fiery women who used the place to meet the men they loved, or is it named after a large public bonfire where you could pick up your own hot coals to light your house?
