The title is a Kamek quote from Yoshi’s Island DS. I liked it so much had to use it.

And the rant I gave Kamek in the picture itself is based on the quote in the tacky gray bar above. He’s showing grown-up Bowser how certain children are special STAR children, and looking through his crystal ball he says that quote. And I was inspired.
Oh also in the game he literally says "Tee hee hee hee!" yeah...
I tried to give it the pastel look like in the game.
Lotsa PUCE around there I’m assuming…
