This a picture of some mascots having fun at the Step Up for Down Syndrome event at Michigan State University this past Saturday.
The mascot in the picture does not look like he/she wants to let go whatever they have in their mouth. Maybe it for the best the kid is not able to get whatever is in the mouth.
