Sketchbook page #3.Tbh, it's a bit of a spoiler for one of my comics, but...
Done completely in ink, without pencil guidelines.
I had so much fun drawing the horns, and the hatching looks good, in my opinion. XD

I love ink, let me tell you. I was considering doing my comic all in ink, instead of screentoning. You know, hatching and cross-hatching. or at least relying heavily on ink, like in Attack on Titan. But that might be too much work for me XD

The attack on titan manga uses screentones though owo it just have more of a focus on ink than screentones. I think it would actually be easier to rely on ink only because screentones can sometimes been a pain xD Especially real ones where you have to cut them out and scrap them and stuff e_e

Yeah, that's what I meant. Isayama used screen tones, but he relied heavily on ink.

They do look nice. I can't imagine doing them traditionally though. And they must be kind of expensive ;w;Β

They are hellishly expensive, especially for how much you have to use them >.<
That's why I'm inking my manga traditionally and adding screen tones digitally.
