I had a couple of days before work started pouring in after the new year break. I had wanted to get this done before summer started but never found the time until now.I had noticed this summer that there was a lack of the Slip, Slop, Slap awareness (an Australian summer cancer campaign) that was around so much when I was a kid. I used to think it worked well so I thought I'd contribute to the cause. It's very much aimed at younger kids, so nice, clean and colourful works best I think. It's also not in any way an official government project or anything, logos were purely used for aesthetic.

You should submit it to the Cancer Council and get them to pass it onto their government network/contacts. I'm sure they'd use it, and good exposure for you! :-D

Hahah, my husband was born and raised in Aus; I remember him telling me about this. =] Used to make sure they did it in school, especially when they were younger. One of those hats with the sheaf of cloth to go over the neck was actually part of his dress-code in his younger years!

Cool beans my friend. Been animating in flash since 2003 now and I find things look better when you move the whole character just a bit even if you only more one arm...(I don't know if you understand what I am trying to say...) Aside from that nice work!!!

Yeah I've really been looking into action/reaction type stuff which has given characters a little extra life to them

This is really well done and delivered in a way that kids would defitnitly pay attention too. Great job

Yeah they seem to have forgotten all about slip, slop, slap I remember the ad being on all the time when I was younger. This would be the best ad for that campaign!!!

Very good, I can see kids paying attention to that! You should send that to them, see if they'll pay you for ir, or at least commission you for something down the track!
