Thats acctually part of the lightning the way I did the effect to generate the lightning was not straight Drawing it since that is very hard. I used a mix of filters till I created the desired effect and sadly by the way I put it together there wasnt a way of getting rid of the residual lighting effect without making the error look worse.

Well it's the same cool picture as the previous one, however while the lightning is cool to people there is graphical errors in it. If you look at Chrono's right hand, and then go left on the image over a little bit you can see a background being affected by a near translucent graphic error.
It's pretty cool animating the lightning, but you have to clean up the imagery when you do that so you don't have the background being distorted by your animation.

Thanks, hopefully Ill be making more things like this but using flash so they won't be animated Gifs anymore.
