Okay, now about cats aka what do you have to do to improve.
Basically cats normally don't have clear transition between forehead and muzzle like most of dogs do. See here: [link] or here: [link] or here: [link] this one has no transition at all. Lioness, as you can see doesn't have it either: [link] Cheetah on the other hand, has a transition: [link] But then again it's not sharp L-shaped transition of a canine.
Feline head has circle+teardrop as a base, while canine head has rectangle+circle. Here a feline head profile examples: [link]

thank you, im all aware of this and i do try to fix it, but my style cant just be changed in a heartbeat. it's not that easy for me. i have a difficult time changing something in my style without it looking strange.

Welcome. Well, i know that it's hard and you can't change in five minutes but keep these resources in mind, they may help you later.
Well, generally a panel has several sides, like for example you want to make a rectangular panel so you draw a rectangular which has 4 sides. Here you have a rectangular with only two sides - upper and bottom. /I'm so good at explanations today.
