Looks like something Rob Liefeld would draw. Her face is strange, especially the lips. I really like the background, though. Without the character it would make a lovely piece art.

Sorry Cross....but not a fan of this one.
Her face is WAY OFF........she looks cross-eyed (pardon the pun), her lower body doesnt seem proportionate to the top.....and her left leg looks weird
On the bright side...i do like the background/detail

Hmmm, I really can't say, that I like it very much, sorry 
To me it particially looks like you had a little Peter & Joe on your shoulder while drawing, saying:
"booooobs, no, no, bigger, yeah, hu hu he" (like Beavis & Butthead).
There's (in my eyes) something "wrong" with her lower face. The eyes came out gorgeous, but I think her
facial shape gives her some sort of meager look. Like below the cheekbone, there's a bit more volume is needed,
really not much and the chin drawn a tiny tad higher and less pointy. I guess.
You know I cannot draw, but I'm trying to explain, what I think it might be, that makes it look so weird for me.
And I agree with Keith, it really doesn't look like a Lori piece to me, either 
But I do like the hair and the background details

i kind of get what you're saying about the lower face. what it probably is mostly with the lips is that that are too far to the side. her mouth should be broader. i get the chin thing. mostly for the face i'm trying to loosen it up some. i tend to over think the face which in turn makes then too set, too rigid. so i've been just going with where the sketch lands things. seeing how it does. more work to do obviously. so is it mainly just the face?
though the not looking like a lori piece part keep in mind, i havent yet found my true style. its still evolving, adapting, growing, refining. its all about getting better, not staying in one position/style and not applying new techniques and what i've learned.
