In MvCI Marvel vs Streetfighter fanfiction Sakura was still searching training fight before challenging IronFist, because he defeated Ryu. She was saved from the Hand by an unknown individual who knew the Ansatsuken Fist physical forms. After that she figured out ti was Deadpool, she figured out that she could have a warmup fight with him. Deadpool disguised as a young man offered help training, but Sakura figured it out for obvious reasons.Read the Fanfiction, linked below, and do please share them.

Thankfully, Deadpool went with the Avengers to help them in Endgame and wen back in time with Steve Rogers, in the end, to return the stones back, and he killed his crappy-self in that film and rewrote history as the original Deadpool!
