Description I got a small lapis lazuli statue of Ganesha at the Uttar Pradesh Government Emporium (Gangotri) in New Delhi. The colors of the lapis lazuli inspired me to do this fractal.

Wow, it's like the colors of a lapis stone are flaring out in radiance. Very great detail!

Great motion effect and good Julian patterns. I'd have made the colors a little more vivid, but it's still a very good piece.

Thank you. Julian is my one of my favorite variations, and I like how the motion effect turned out. I knew there was something a tad bit off about the colors (I just couldn't put my finger on it); so thanks for your suggestion about the color! And I'm very glad you like this!

Question: do you leave fractals as they are or you also do some postwork?
Because if you're in for postwork, I have a suggestion that might help you: I never change the fractal's shape upon postworking it, but by adjusting the gamma values, color values, brightness values and such things through a graphic program (I personally use GIMP), you can easily get wonderful colours, and you'll still keep a fractal which has a 100% original fractal shape.

Normally I don't do much postwork, although there were a few occasions in the past where I used GIMP to enhance the colors, etc. Now that I think about it, I should do that more often, in case the colors don't turn out as expected. Thank you for the suggestion!

You're welcome! I'm glad if I'm able to improve other people's fractal's quality!
