Huge thanks to ~CoriShadowfang to RPing with me and putting up with all my BS, not the least of which was: Chronic business, forgetfulness, and downright going in for surgery and being stuck in recovery limbo where I screamed at tv screens and otherwise uttered complete nonsense while on pain meds. A result of all this is that I can only offer up slightly cleaned sketches. Anyways go an' give 'em a big ol' hug or somethin' they are great~

The training continued on ideas alone. Look neither of them were very good at this, a'ight? Regardless, it became a training of speed and agility which is really just fancy talk for "Mattie pinched Faunomon on the ear and he started running frantically so now they could practice "speed and agility" by trying to catch him." Leon was admittedly faster than Mattie, except, well, he tripped a little bit.

This made Mattie laugh for the first time in a long, long time as she helped him up. Faunomon in the meantime had crashed into a thicket of brambles and had found himself rather stuck. The two humans and Missimon wandered over and started to try and pry Mattie's trembling partner free.

Mattie then wondered aloud if they were really expected to fight. I mean, look at these guys. Is Mattie expected to protect Faunomon or is Faunomon expected to protect Mattie? Mattie would protect Faunomon best if she could talk her way out of whatever was threatening them (or just, you know, hide away quietly somewhere.) Faunomon would protect Mattie best if...he didn't have to protect her at all.

So come on, are they really supposed to fight?
