Wow, this drawing took forever to finish. But, hey.. I finished it in about 9 hours! A new record for me, lolAnyways, I was trying out a new way of shading, and I think it turned out great! (Also, this was my first time coloring with Medibang.. Since I just started using it)
So far I've had a great experience with MediBang, I highly recommend it if you want a free art program!

i really really like the drawing but one thing i don't understand is why the organs are like a galaxy colour its really good tho i give it 20/10 also for shading the background use a layer and use any colour you like then draw where you like shade then you can change the opacity to make it easier other then that it looks perfect as it does already another thing is if you dont want to do a background (if you use firealpaca) go to filter and click japanese pattern for a nice and cool background sorry and bai!

I don't really get where the bleeding is.
If he bleeding is from the stomach then he should be coughing up blopd.
If the blood isn't from his chest there shouldn't be blood by his mouth.
This dude also looks very stiff.
I also can't tell where the other arm is either.
The blood looks very weird. Blood doesn't tend to be ovals, more like weird shapes.
All of the colours blend into the background. If you didn't put line art, the drawing would have looked super weird.

I agree with everything you said, and I'll try to work on that in the future. But, I was confused about the oval blood thing?
Those are supposed to be organs (really his intestines sticking out)

This looks awesome, but.. I have a few things to say.
1: The blood would be a bit more vibrant, since it is coming out. Blood is only that colour after it is left for a while.
2: The colours all blend in with one another, making it hard to focus on the main part of the drawing. Maybe change the background to a lighter shade, so Tom will stand out.
3: The pose is a bit stiff, if someone were to get hurt like that they would be leaning more forward. He looks like a solider standing to attention like "Sir, I'm bleeding my life out, sir!" xD
But who am I to judge? This looks amazing none the less!
