He's a bit of a thief who comes to fuck up your shit.
Rei made a deal with with him to become his familiar and that was to take his voice so dev is actually mute. (not that he was much for talking anyways) but every now and then when they're alone she will give it back to him for short whiles so she can hear him talk. There was quite a bit more to their deal but I'll reveal that stuff later. Rei is a powerful witch and a somewhat loyal familiar who annoys the shit out of dev most of the time. She also holds all his treasure and shit for him sorta like an inventory. That ghost cat body of hers you see up there is the form she usually uses but she does have a true body form that I will draw later when I'm not so lazy lmfao. She also calls dev ri-ri much to his annoyance.
Also that coat wasnt dev's original fur pattern, rei forcibly changed his pattern because "brown fur was gross" in her opinion. Dev can't stand having his fur look like some Gothic lolita shit but he can't really do anything about it. Dev also owns a huge cool sword that I'll try to draw later urgh . Idk that's all the info I thought of so far I'll edit this later

Oh wait almost forgot to mention that rei knows what devri is thinking! Its not exactly that theirs minds are linked or whatever but if dev thinks of something directly to rei she will know it. This type of things comes in handy when they're in boss battles where he especially needs Rei's help. And if they're buying shit from merchants rei usually speaks for him. Although sometimes she's annoying and will say the wrong things purposely. ((Ur this is hard to explain but hopefully KT makes sense.))
