In Minortale AU, Chara and Annoying Dog are exchanged. If Annoying Dog becomes a murderous maniac, then the murderous maniac becomes... The Annoying Human Chara in their spiral coat, messing your progress from time to time. The first human to ever land in the Underworld, they somehow influenced the decision of King Dogamy to wage war against humanity... Yet they were never catched. M-A-G-I-C. They are friendly to monsters who don't even realize they're human and... They just enjoy their time under the ground. Hanging in Greater's Traps, for example...Undertale - by Toby Fox.
