This is very sexy. You did wonderful job with the shading, and Sakura's absolutely gorgeous. Her face is especially striking - she's got this mature, casual sexiness to her that's just irresistible. Whoever her husband is at this point, he's a VERY lucky man.
She may want to be careful not to breathe too deeply around her son though. If those buttons blow, they could take out an eye.
