And here is Sakura's daughter: JuneReason for her name was Sakura got to choose the name of the first born while CJ could choose the second name for the next child.

Yes, that is the general consensus. It's believed that directly after birth, mother and child are hormonally cued to have a moment of "bonding". A level of a hormone known as Oxytocin increases in a new mother following birth. This hormone is believed to play a role in the maternal bond, and coincidentally, is also known to be released when a mother nurses her child.
