Here is a tribute to an underloved ship.Okay, I'm going to be honest, I never liked Neji in the first series. After all, he was a git.
And then, magically, mysteriously, he got ridiculously ultra super hot (which I've ultimately failed to portray) in Shippuden. Also, less douchy. Actually kind of hilarious upon the rare occasion.
What's going on, guys.
Despite this I still remain a little suspicious of him, thus my headcannon is that he's a total creep.
And then I read up a little on the new movie and hot diggity, I was right.
Nothing needs to be said on Tenten, because she's awesome and needs way way way way WAY more love.
Anyway. As a side ship, NejiTen is sufficiently fluffy and I like it and bash away for all I care.

Neji was a total douche when they were kids. Resolving his conflict with the Main branch must have really helped. Well, that and being stuck in a team with two overly enthusiastic but lovable idiots and a girl that probably loves weapons more than flowers and chocolate, haha.

I liked Neji, even when he was younger just because he had his funny moments but in shippuden- BAM! Sexyness has arrived and yep, he did become less of a douche ^_^

Pffft, well, honestly I thought Nejiten was a pretty universal Naruto side-couple when it came to pairing up Neji with anyone. 
I had never thought he was a jerk, or a creep, because he said things so bluntly, flatly, that I knew he was bound for change.
I do find him rather weird and amusing at times though, so I don't mind this totally uncool portrayal of his character though.
Well done with all the expressions and...this scene in general. XD
