Description Request piece for my friend gusdutch10.
My inspiration for this one actually came from the picture I'm posting below. All digital airbrush on Corel Painter Essientials/wacom tablet. Took about 30 minutes.

Very nice effect wit the neon. To me the waves you used for what im guessing are ripples in watter are pretty jagged, but still a good picture.

Ha yeahhh, I noticed that after you pointed it out... At first I jsut wanted it to look like he was standing on glass or something.. then it kinda changed into rippling water, and kinda got stuck somewhere inbetween..
I'll definitely smooth it out and repost or something..

No problem . If you have any version of photoshop the ripple effect under filters should work just fine, just divide the bottom and top halves into two separate layers.
