Description Adobe Photoshop CS (pen tool)

On 28th September 1970, Toyota unveiled their new Celica and Carina compact cars at the 17th Tokyo Motor Show. The first generation Carina - TA10 - was first sold on December 1st 1970. You had a choice of 2 or 4 door sedans and 1400cc (T) or 1600cc (2T) OHV engines.
The 1600cc ST had the twin carb 2T-B engine and a rare for the time period 5 speed gearbox if you chose manual transmission. The 1600cc GT was added in April 1971.

The Carina and the Celica were made on the same production line and shared floorpans, engines, driveline, suspension and much trim.
The Celica is effectively a 2 door Carina (althought the Carina was sold as a 2 door as well).

Minor changes occured in August 1972, mostly for safety and anti-pollution measures. Vertical tail lights were added and the engine hood was extended by 20mm. Over time the Carina became a sister car to the Toyota Corona, but while based on the same underpinnings, it was usually smaller, sportier, with body work and interior completely separate from the Coronas.

This is some of the best vector work I've ever seen, and I don't even know how it's done.

It looks just like a real picture! I only liked the Toyota Celicas of the seventies, but this pic rules! Excellent work!

Awesome, although not style icons, these reliable machines also deserve our work.
