Description
One of the shots from the Animarathon Silent Hill: Homecoming shoot I participated in. A couple days before the con I enlisted to snap some pictures of myself as Joshua and my friend's boyfriend as Alex. It was his first con, first cosplay experience, first real anime experience. He was a trooper.A few select shots from the rest of the shoot will be posted as well. I was just so excited about this that I had to post it.

About the costume:
Both Josh and Alex are made of found objects, with both being aged intensively using a mix of various colors of dye (which took better to Joshua's clothes than Alex's). Makeup on Josh is like...three different shades of grey/blue cake makeup by Ben Nye over a base of "Storm Grey" Paradise by Mehron, with a vampire wheel by Ben Nye used for shading and accents. Veins were done using an eyeliner.
A huge thanks is owed to who did it first and put up with my obnoxious noob questions and for makeup tips.
