I loved Zazu's reactions and responses in the deleted scene:
Scar-"Zazu, why am I not loved?"
Zazu-"It's simple sire, this whole place has got to pot! There isn't enough water to fill a nutshell! Hyenas are running around like they own the place!"
Scar-"What's missing?"
Zazu-"You're grip on reality!"
When Scar tells him to shut up: "Consider it shut sire." When Scar decides he needs a queen: "A q-q-q a q-what?" When Scar request to be alone with Nala (whispering to Nala) "Give a roar if you need anything."

Whoa, you are awesome! I kinda wanna watch The Lion King now, I love all of them. Good job, it looks a lot like the kind of animation they used in the movie, you could like make your own version and compare it, and it would look alike.
