Unlike what a lot of people here seem to think (y'all are pervs) making Gamma didn't involve intercourse or anything of the like. It was a weekly research session gone wrong. And while they were indeed already a couple back then their relationship was still in it's babyshoes.

All I have to say is....IT'S ABOUT TIME! That was great and I really could see Sci Twi would want more direct talk about that stuff, being better at rational things than things of the heart. Now the stress has lifted but now the next step will happen and the stress will change. So looking forward on where this will go from here. Keep up the great work.

The Choir was established after Laurence founded the Healing church and expanded beyond Byrgenwerth and the old hunters. So even though Maria, Gehrman and all the other old hunters were never part of the Choir, as it didn't exist yet at the time, they did lay the foundation for what would become the Choir later. And most likely many of their students and followers would end up as Choir hunters as they would, as the Choir set reads, "continue the work that began at Byrgenwerth.".
(Sorry, I'm a bit of geek when it comes to Bloodborne. ^^')

My good Villain, never apologize for that - always happy to meet such a devout follower of the Soulsborne doctrine.
I just sometimes have problems differentiating between the actual lore and some of the more common fan theories among the community. Not to mention when the lore itself can be vague. Topping that off with how I found the Choir to be the most hush-hush group in all of Bloodborne, with the least lore about them directly - at least bits that state it outright.
Then again, one might not think too much of my love of this series considering my avatar...

Well I guess that could be a good or bad thing about the Soulsborne games depending on how you look at it. There's enough lore to make players understand what's going on but there's also a lot of vague or even completely unexplained stuff out there for fans to speculate and theorize over. I personally don't mind it.
And don't worry about that King, there are very few Souls fans out there that didn't love Bloodborne so your avatar works fine.

I do rather enjoy how they handle lore - so much mystery and options to choose. Now I don't want all games to handle their stories this way, but for Souls it seems to fit best.
And I was joking with the avatar bit. Funny enough, Artorias is one of the few bosses I have not fought from the Soulsborne franchise. I never beat Demons' Souls or purchased the Dark Souls 1 DLC. The former due to not enjoying the game and finding it a bit too vague on guiding the player and the latter due to getting into this series a bit late (around the time the last of the DLC for Dark Souls 2 came out) and never buying a copy with the DLC.
