Guh!! I'm really curious though--why didn't RD want Fluttershy to use "the stare" (if that was Fluttershy's intent)? I kept getting KH vibes where that technique is powerful but it runs the risk of overwhelming Fluttershy and casting her into the darkness. Like, was there an incident in the past that only RD and Fluttershy know about?? Wah! Now I'm curious; why did RD stop Fluttershy?! Argh!

She might have unconciously used the stare in panel seven when she snapped, but even if she did it wouldn't have worked. Slenderman has an unfair advantage. He has no eyes !

Yes, I suspected all of these things but RD specifically yelled at Fluttershy to never do that again, even though she knows how effective the stare can be. Just curious if there is history of bad things happening when she uses it that we don't know about.
