All the frames shows she's physically hurting, like being injected with a potent venom, and it burns throughout her body
The fear toxin has been known to be the panic-inducing weaponized hallucinogen, and hallucinogen does not induce physical pain all on its own
Unless… of course, there's a new substance in the mix. Like a neurotoxin
