Uh, looks like a hard pose to draw. I probably would have died of mental pain during the process XD
I like how you set the light here. The red tones give it a erotic feeling.

Really it looks so much more amazing now *-*

I think it looks specially amazing if you squint your eyes to only see her dark silhouette - so beautiful it takes your breath away ^^<3

That's a sexy nickname <3 Do you keep her bio in your head or is there some place where we could learn more about her?

I really hope to see more of her! You always do such excellent job with acrobatic postures and you're one of the few artists I know who draw them without tracing actual contortionist pictures they find at google. It's so much more interesting to see the artist's own original poses, than yet another trace of Zlata XD

I don't know Zlata (I just googled her) yeah I don't follow specific models/gymnasts, if I feel like drawing a contortion pic I will just surround myself with refs or just watch some youtube videos for some ideas. I can understand those artists who wants to depict a realistic contortion pose but they aren't so confident with anatomy. I remember drawing gymnasts and ballet dancers as a child and never being able to get it right.

as for Sorscha, she was an original concept that I morphed to fit into wow lore. Its basically this:

"Dumped on her assassin brother's doorstep at the age of three, The half-elf Sorscha was raised among his apprentices and excelled in acrobatics and swordplay, gaining the rank of master at just thirteen, three years earlier than her peers.

However, having been denied a normal childhood, she resented this life and her brothers brutal training and lack of affections.
The moment she felt she had learned enough to survive alone, she fled, successfully hiding from them with her training. During this time she was constantly on the move, living amongst pirates, thieves and criminals.

She came across a small group of street performers/travellers and discovered her love for dancing and gymnastics, performing for money and food."

Thank you, I didn't realize you had a whole folder for her! As for her story, it's just perfect and describes her background so well! It always suprised me how few people want to play as acrobats or contortionists, so many interesting stories and the possibilities are endless but the actual examples are few.. so few that they don't even implement any special moves for us to use in any of the RP games I've seen.

The only funny example was the old game RuneScape (which is also an mmorpg) where you could actually enter a circus and show off some pretty nice moves on a tight rope, and it was a good way to gain a lot in the agility skill. But it's like the only game I know where you could see the actual depiction of the acrobatic skill.

sounds fun. I'll have to check it out. Its never bothered me with the lack of acrobatics/gymnastics in video games. As they are getting better and better they can afford to do more complex movements I guess. Bayonetta's fight styles are all very extreme pose/dancer moves from memory. (only seen a few clips)
