i tried going for a more "dynamic" pose and dabble with some foreshortening. i really like this character and their little pumpkin pal. he looks like he'd be a lot of fun at partiesTinguely belongs to Efalt

This is great man! I also love how you did a more dynamic pose (srsly now I do really need to work more on my character posings too) Also like how you still managed to find good colours for it! (Which is also a thing I have to avoid. Using a Multiply or Overlay layer to colour over a sketch is a pain)

i had to stare at tinguely's pictures for a hot minute and figure out a shade closest to his original color palette bc i just couldn't pull colors off his image for some reason. his face is now burned into my brain. (totally worth it.)
lol! the multiply layer is my god at this point. i just can't figure out good shadows otherwise!
