A proper reference for my Seraph prince; Cepheus.

Info will come later but he is the eldest son of the Queen of Seraph ponies and the current ruler in his mothers place.
He's not the most welcoming to outsiders (anyone from Equestria) but can be warmed up if the trust is earned. To his fellow Seraphs he is the most pleasant and his seriousness or grumpy exterior is only from the passion he holds for protecting the Seraphs in his mothers kingdom as its current ruler.

As for his appearance, he takes more after his father than his mother.

The boxes above his head show the regalia he wears around his neck since his hair always covers it.

DO NOT DRAW HIM WITHOUT WINGS! the first image is just so you can see his body shape!

His height is probably close to Luna's or so, definitely taller than the average pony.

If his regalia is all removed, his hooves would be the same color as the darkest part of his hair, but they would be almost hidden by the feathers around his hooves anyway.
