Seems like this would also be useful for latch-hooking!

I have knitted a few times for practising very small pieces without changing the wool colour. But this was years ago.

13 years? Wow. Maybe the scarf of my dreams needs to wait many years for beeing materialized by me

Always good to start small And you can always do the Slytherin white and green scarf too

Yes. Knitting stripes will be easier than knitting waves. Thats for sure.
But I will use black and purple.
White and green doesn't match to my winter outwear

Yeah, always good to coordinate I tried to make one when I was learning to crochet but didn't count my rows It wound up with all different widths and lengths of stripes It was horrid

Yaaayyy...Thanks

But which programm do you use to open KnittingPro 2.0? I tried to open the knitPro.php with notepad++ but all I get is a large list with commands. There must be something that I do wrong

You don't need to download it or anything...it just goes through the site. When you want to print, just click the little printer in the top left of the image That should let you print it off

Oh. Now I got it. I need to process online!!!
That's an easy one (but not knitting)

I thought the avalible download on that page was the main programm for offline processing and I need to decode the command lists that show up if you open that knitPro.php file in that folder

I was wrong...LOL

Thanks again

I think I will start with a smiley for practising.

This one:

If I get better (in a few months) I would like to knit a scarf with the snape vector I made. On each end of the scarf, there would be his pretty face. The middle part would be purple and black waves, just like the background in my vector.
