Most of his info is in the pic itself. This handsome guy used to work at Joey Drew Studios as a department foreman who worked so hard by carrying girders, he became strong as the result. He met Allison when she became introduced as the new voice actress for Alice Angel herself, and as weeks passed, he told her she was beautiful (Allison thought he was talking about her physical appearance before he explains he was charmed by her personality), adding the subtle fact she had more humanity than Sussie did. Wally Franks became close comrades with both of them, eventually leading up to him getting invited to the wedding of Allison and Tom (He is happy they love each other and isn't jealous in any way).

I drew him in my brother's art style so I could make him more stylized than the other Boris clones.

They reprise their role as supporting characters in Velma's Quest, and in Five Years At Scooby's; Don't Mess With Cuphead, Allison, Tom, and their daughter Madoka are seen in the Inkwell Dreams Concert near the ending!
