Description
This was the hardest thing I had to draw. So, I started drawing this in the summer but couldn't finish it until recently, because of school and other committed projects. Now, why is it the hardest picture I have drawn this year? Two pokemon in this picture. Galarian Rapidash and Rainbow Alcremie. Because of their designs being mostly black lineless, I had to try and upgrade to blackless outlines artwork. But, yes. This is one of my presents for my best friend, who I can't show or give to until after Christmas, for scheduling reasons. But, since it is Zero's Birthday today, I need to post this before it ends. And, this picture, despite it being hard to do, was really fun. I'm sending a digital copy to my BFF or as you guys know her as Orange Lilly, and when we meet up, I'll give her a paper copy she can keep. Now it's pokemon explanation time.

Aqua has three pokemon, and I tried to keep them together as much as I could, so I'll list the poke she has, then Zero's pokemon. Squirtle is her starter pokemon from a region she chose. Orange Lilly actually told me she liked Squirtle and the other water starter. I believe the reason she likes Squirtle is because of her pet tortoise she has in real life. I have seen her tortoise before and it is really cute. So, why does she have a water starter? Well, she is the Daughter of Chaos, God of Chaos, and Guardian of the Chao. She needs a water starter somewhere in her team. Buizel is an orange pokemon that is a water type that she really needs. There are two Sinnoh region pokemon here. Buizel represents how much laughter and joy Aqua can show when she's not fighting for her friends' and families' lives. Galarian Rapidash is her favorite pokemon. Orange Lilly like regular Rapidash, because regular Rapidash is orange, but when I showed her Galarian Rapidash she was smiling because it reminded her a lot of cotton candy. So, here's her Galarian Rapidash. Galarian Rapidash is one of the Pokemon that needed colored lines since most of the new pokemon don't have black outlines. This Galarian Rapidash is serious and thinks about the task before anything else. And looks out for Aqua's team even when they don't need Galarian Rapidash doesn't need to.
Here's the Birthday boy. His starter pokemon is Piplup. Piplup gives him that happy go lucky attitude when he needs his Piplup to help him through thinking about why Aqua does the things she does. They even play in the water together to improve on their water skills. Yes, I said that Zero is a Light Elementalist; but it has been said that people with elements can learn different elements, like Eliza learning Light magic for Darren, so, why can't Zero learn how to use his water abilities even though he was born with his mother's light abilities. Sinistea is one of Zero's tea-time pokemon. That will be explained, don't worry. So, why give Zero, the cheerful six-year-old child of Chaos and Tikal a ghost type pokemon? Well, one, it represents how much he still cares for the ones gone, like his parents and even Cream's unknown missing parent (I say unknown since we don't know if Vanilla likes girls or boys, but I think it's implied that she kinda flirts with Vector but I don't know). He cares for those people a lot. Two, he found his Sinistea without a tea-cup and just trying to use any cup it could find to live in. So, he found the cup the Sinistea needed, bought it with his Birthday money, and gave the cup to the Sinistea. It's actually Antique Form, when Zero found the Sinistea it was a Phony Form, then he found an actual Antique cup and that made Sinistea stay with Zero. And three, he likes tea. Yeah, that will be explained. Rainbow Swirl Alcremie, the second food-based pokemon Zero has. Fun fact, the one rule you should not break when around Cream, is "Whenever Cream invites you to a Tea Party, you accept and like it", oh and don't make Cream Cry, that's the big one. So, when Cream asked Zero to a Tea Party he just started smiling and said yes. He even brought his own Tea set. He loves Tea Partys and can relate to what they do for Tea Partys. He learned how Tea Partys worked while being stuck inside with most of the female servants, they taught Zero that Tea Partys are fun and not just girly. He learned what types of tea there was and what snacks would be made for a Tea Party. Milcery was given to him on his fourth birthday and before his sixth birthday, he actually evolved it before his birthday but he wanted the unique flavor of Alcremie and waited for the right time (which to evolve into that flavor the player needs to Spin for more than 10 seconds between 7:00 PM and 7:59 PM in-game time, yeah) but, something is missing. The item he used for his Alcremie is a Ribbon Sweet. It reminds him of his crush he has who is Cream. And he loves his team so much and takes them to all of his Tea Partys with Cream (foreshadowing for a future picture for Cream the Rabbit).
So, yeah. The hardest picture I made and I still enjoyed it.
