.I actually hated Yubel for i thought she was a jealous obssessed monster who wanted to keep Judai to herself...
...AND BY THIS HE/SHE KILLED JOHAN, ASUKA, JUN, RYO, EDO, SHO, ...JUN..*sobs* , JOHAN, (i mean hypnotized Johan to do evil and hurt Judai... which really goes against spiritshipping)

So that's why I didn't really like this scene but I'm convinced that as you say Judai... I mean Hao... didn't mean sexual love by keeping this promise. I mean: HE WAS ONLY A KID!! XD
