Um, Yes one was that point of searching for life and or partner, two his own soul to look inside one on him self. Other then those, this picture has a ton of meanings ^_^.

Is the dragon searching his soul? Maybe it's the little lightorb and he's crying cause he finally found it? Well, just guessing. 
I really like the light effects on the dragons skin and the blue lightrays shining from above!
