Finally a current piece.

Do you know that feeling of short electric shocks running through your nerves? Even through your brain?

I had that for weeks as I put off some medication. It seems it was numbing my nervous system as a side effect and since I had gotten used to a higher potencial to make my body move, I received a lot of these smaller or bigger nerve whacks during the time of "unclogging" my nervous system. I tried to picture what it felt like. It was mainly just annoying when it hit my arms and legs, but it also affected my inner organs, mainly lungs, heart and brain. Feeling electricity in a place that shouldn't feel at all is more than weird. When I was doing something more challenging than sitting, it could even throw me off blance or blind me for a few seconds.

Luckily these shocks were mostly really, really short and barely had an impact on me. Still, they were really exhausting and after somewhat 10 weeks in that condition I was not really in a mood anymore to move at all.

All of this was not an intended effect of the medication and just by putting it off made me realize how much it affected my body. By now, completely free of it, my motoric system is better than ever. So, always keep that in mind when you take medication, folks! It diesn't just do what you want it to do.
