I know, but if you didn't edit anything, why have I found something else that's Amy with exactly the same pose? It's not like they traced your work.

I didn't relizes the art trader used a pose similar to this for a pic they drew till after I drew it

i didnt steal it though? i just drew what my art trader wanted me to draw i just found the base i didnt know someone else drew the same thing before with the same base

But
1.) You didn't credit the base maker, so that counts as stealing.
2.) The original creator didn't use a base. They drew it themselves. Someone just used a base without their permission, which is illegal.
