lol, well, the joke was that the Magic Professor, Kurt, said there would be bonus points for traveling through time at 88 miles per hour. In the movie Back to the Future, the main character drove 88mph in a Delorean "time machine" and traveled into the past.
Thus, Sephi wanted to borrow one.
