Mage and member of the Eye of Wisdom cosplay, from the MMORPG Runes of Magic.I didn't play a lot at this game but i have loved many of its costume/set design.
This one is the "Pride of the Eye of Wisdom" robe and diadem. In game, the Eye of Wisdom is a group of magic-researchers who is dedicated to gathering wisdom about magic and artifacts from the Old Times. They also help to protect the main city and have an academy.
