Description This is the second piece in a series attributed to my admiration of the late Patrick Nagel. His unique style combined the bold lines and silhouettes of Japanese woodblock prints with an ardent, Pre-Raphaelite-like admiration of women. There is a striking, electric quality to Nagels' lines that distills the beauty of his subjects down to their sensual essence. Due to his untimely death at the age of 39 (heart attack), we have been deprived of a future body of work which would have surely been just as amazing, if not more, than the works which he is now famous for.
