well most of the fins and spoilers on F-1's are made to suppress the car the the ground so it would slide at high speeds, such spoilers would a hovering car crash very easily
a penny for a though
but anyway - that is a freakin' awesome render

I used 3ds max 2008 and vray rendering. Texures and postwork in PS.
BTW thats just a design study so I don't care about it's engineering

nice, but a problem
a F1 car tries to instead of flying to force itself into the ground so best try to overcome that little detail

all "current" F1 cars are made in a very similar model like this without tires for wind tunnel test.
i don't think this one have any problems

yea, first looks gave me the impression it would get lift instead of downward force, took a better look now.
