Unless Spyro is immune to neurotoxin, which would prevent him from doing anything really...
Dragons would need a larger intake of air than humans for fire breathing, flight purposes and since they are overall larger and more muscular...

That would be amusing
It would have to be GLaDOS using the portal panels or whatever the panels are called and using several rocket turrets along with neruo-toxin while Spyro tries to out maneuver her and breathe fire at her
I don't believe neurotoxin contains oxygen in it, so it won't ignite, therefore making his fire suffocate and he dies of poisoning along with nerual failure
I never knew neurotoxin could be a gas though... snakes and arachnids have neurotoxin, but it's a liquid...
