the shows message is love and tolerance. I don't have anything against gays or lesbians but I don't promote it either. I'll be friends with them cause their people to. as for homo pairrings for this show... somework under the right circumstances. (sorry if thats spelt wrong)

No, the Show's message is not "love and tolerance". That is a brony made phrase that originated from patronizing others. The Show's message is Friendship, as seen from their title. The Show isn't called "My Little Pony: Tolerance is Magic". Can you imagine how ridiculous that would be? Love is a huge part of it, but the liberal-esque definition of "tolerance" has little to nothing to do with the Show.
As for being friends with people act on same sex attractions, I'll say this. I'm not going to be mean to them. Jesus Christ was kind even to people who tried to kill Him. That being said, I'm not going to run out and be friends with them if they're very much for everybody who has same sex attraction to act on them. I'm quite selective about whom I associate with as it is.

Well you can't qutie have friendship without tolerance but perhaps your right. And duh I didn't include friendship in that because it was a given. Neither did I say it was called that.
As for it having nothing to do with the show, don't they tolerate eachothers differences and flaws? just saying.

The problem is, your definition of tolerance is "permissiveness", instead of "patience with others". Yes, you must have patience with your friends, but if you really love them, you won't stand idly by and watch them destroy themselves, you know?
Not all the time. But tolerance still has little to do with the Show, I would think. It's more about friendship, which is higher and better than tolerance. Get it?

I see where your coming from and yes I agree to both parts. see I was refering to tolerance as with rd and rarity. Dash doesn't care about getting dirty or ruffing up a few hairs, while rarity can't stand it. But they do tolerate their differences and if they need to help eachother rd would become fru fru if she had to and rarity would get down and dirty. Thats also showing true friendship which is better than tolerance. So in short I still believe in the "love and tolerance" message and that friendship is a wonderful thing to have, I just few the message thing a little differently than most. I hope this clears things up and I hope we can be friends.
